Shih Tzu Puppy
Although Shih Tzus’ puppies are not bred to be yappy dogs, one of their main personality traits is that they just love to play and enjoy life.
They will spend a lot of their time chasing after their own tail, bouncing over obstacles courses as if they are nothing, and enjoying a good walk.

As you can see, until he is told to be a good boy, Jax is rambunctious with his barking. Meanwhile, the other dog in the video seems to show indifference to it.
Jax just seems to be a very talkative Shih Tzu who just wants to play and doesn’t realize his incessant barking may be a bit much.
