2. Give them house space
Puppies cannot stay in one place as they require space to play around in the house. Since they are small, they are learning about the edges and corners of your house. And thus, Shih Tzu puppies shall be given entire space so that they can scan their comfort place in the house as their permanent spot.
Puppies love a different space for their naps and separate space for their playful activities. So, they shall be left open to scan and browse around the whole house to make a judgment of the space placement.
