This is another major sign of cancer in Shih Tzu. It can grow in any body part. Make sure that you check your pet’s skin on a daily basis, especially behind the ears and around the face. Lumps can be both in or on the skin; so, it is important to take them for a vet check at regular intervals.
6. Sneezing and coughing
